Therapeutic effects and pharmacology:

Growing children and middle-aged women require more calcium, which is needed as a supplement in cases of nutritional deficiency or during pregnancy (to enhance fetal bone mineralization), and to help manage and prevent osteoporosis, rickets, and maintain teeth.
Calcium as a dietary supplement also helps prevent or slow bone loss in osteoporosis. It is essential for maintaining the integrity of nervous and muscular system functions, nerve signaling, muscle contraction, normal heart function, vascular contraction and dilation, cell membrane and capillary permeability, enzymatic functions, respiration, kidney function, and blood clotting.
Magnesium is an essential nutrient that acts as a cofactor in over 300 enzymatic systems. It is required for the formation of cAMP (cyclic adenosine monophosphate), calcium and magnesium ion transport across cell membranes, nerve signal conduction at neuromuscular junctions, proper muscle function (muscle contraction), metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins, and fats, tissue formation, and the development and maintenance of bones and teeth. Magnesium regulates various biochemical reactions in the body, including protein synthesis, nerve and muscle function, blood sugar control, and blood pressure regulation.
Zinc is an essential mineral and acts as a cofactor in many biological processes, including DNA, RNA, and protein synthesis, and cell division, and plays a key role in vision. It is also important for immune function, wound healing, reproduction, growth and development, bone mineralization, behavior and learning, taste and smell, blood clotting, and the function of thyroid and insulin hormones.

Side effects:

The ingredients of this product are safe when taken at the recommended dose and may only cause mild gastrointestinal side effects in some individuals, including abdominal pain, bloating and belching, nausea, vomiting, constipation or diarrhea, loss of appetite, metallic taste in the mouth, acid reflux, and indigestion.

Drug interactions:

Calci-Mo should be taken at least 2 hours apart (2 hours before or 4–6 hours after) from quinolone antibiotics (ciprofloxacin, levofloxacin, ofloxacin), tetracycline antibiotics (doxycycline, minocycline), and bisphosphonates (alendronate, zoledronic acid, risedronate, etc.), and at least 4 hours apart from levothyroxine. If taking digoxin, verapamil, diltiazem, cisplatin, penicillamine, atorvastatin, rosuvastatin, clarithromycin, cyclosporine, corticosteroids, captopril, calcitriol, or products containing calcium, magnesium, aluminum, or iron phosphate, consult your doctor or pharmacist before using this product.
Also, if taking thiazide family drugs (hydrochlorothiazide, chlorthalidone, etc.) or potassium-sparing diuretics (such as amiloride and spironolactone), consult your doctor or pharmacist before using this product.

Precautions and warnings:

If you have cardiovascular diseases, phosphate calcification, sarcoidosis, or kidney failure, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use.
Individuals with kidney stones or hyperparathyroidism should use this product with caution and under medical supervision.

Contraindications:

Avoid using this product if you have a history of allergy to any of the product's components.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding:

Oral consumption of this product at the recommended dosage is completely safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding and can be taken after consulting a doctor.

Storage conditions:

Store at a temperature below 25°C, away from light and moisture, and out of reach of children.
