Amino Caffeine ®

Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) stimulate protein synthesis primarily in skeletal muscles, as well as in adipose tissue and the liver. These amino acids increase protein concentration, thereby reducing the breakdown of muscle proteins for energy during intense and strenuous exercise.

Taking BCAAs before exercise increases the serum levels of these amino acids during training, helping reduce muscle breakdown for energy and prevent glycogen depletion in the muscles. Additionally, caffeine lowers the perceived effort required during physical activity, ultimately enhancing physical endurance and delaying the onset of fatigue, thereby improving athletic performance and reducing tiredness.

AminoCaffeine BSK features a unique formulation of branched-chain amino acids in a 2:1:1 ratio, combined with caffeine and vitamin B6.

This product is suitable for professional athletes to prevent muscle breakdown and accelerate energy recovery. Another feature is that it is free from gluten and lactose.

 Therapeutic effects and pharmacology:

Branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) stimulate protein synthesis primarily in skeletal muscles, as well as in adipose tissue and the liver. These amino acids increase protein concentration, thereby reducing the breakdown of muscle proteins for energy during intense and strenuous exercise. By taking BCAAs orally before exercise, serum levels of these amino acids can be increased during training, helping not only to reduce muscle breakdown for energy but also to prevent glycogen depletion in muscles.

Caffeine reduces the perceived effort required during physical activity, ultimately enhancing physical endurance and delaying the onset of fatigue during exercise. As a result, athletic performance improves and fatigue is reduced.

Vitamin B6, or pyridoxine, is a water-soluble vitamin essential for the proper breakdown of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats, as well as for hemoglobin synthesis. It also helps increase the amount of oxygen carried by hemoglobin.
