Carnitine is a compound derived from amino acids that helps with metabolism and energy production from food. Vitamin B12, or cyanocobalamin, is a water-soluble vitamin essential for various metabolic functions, including fat and carbohydrate metabolism and protein synthesis. The combination of L-Carnitine with Vitamin B12 enhances energy supply and athletic performance.

L-Carnitine is synthesized in the human brain, liver, and kidneys from the amino acids methionine and lysine. It breaks down fatty acids to provide cellular energy by transporting them into the mitochondria, where they are used for energy production.
Vitamin B12, or cyanocobalamin, is a B-group vitamin that can support the synthesis of nucleoproteins and myelin, the regeneration of nerve cells, and normal body growth. This vitamin also plays a role in the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins from food.
Oral intake of L-carnitine may cause side effects including nausea, vomiting, abdominal cramps, heartburn, gastritis, diarrhea, and headache.
To reduce gastrointestinal side effects, the contents of the sachet can be taken in two separate doses or dissolved in a beverage or liquid food and consumed with or after meals.
Avoid taking it simultaneously with hypothyroid medications and warfarin.
People with hypothyroidism (due to interference with thyroid hormones) and epilepsy (due to the possibility of increased severity and frequency of seizures) should consult a doctor before use.
Avoid using this product if you have a history of sensitivity or allergic reactions to any of its components.
There are no adequate and well-controlled studies available in pregnant women. Use of this supplement during pregnancy is recommended only if prescribed by a physician.
Given the presence and secretion of L-carnitine in breast milk, no adverse effects have been reported following the consumption of L-carnitine present in breast milk or infant formula, nor from high maternal doses of this substance during breastfeeding.
Store at a temperature below 25°C, away from light and moisture, and out of reach of children.
