L‑carnitine is synthesized in the human brain, liver, and kidneys from the amino acids methionine and lysine. Carnitine breaks down fatty acids to provide cellular energy by transporting them into the mitochondria, where they are used for energy production. This compound can have widespread effects on metabolism and energy supply in the body.
Caffeine, by stimulating brain cells and triggering the release of dopamine and adrenaline, positively affects muscle metabolism, fat oxidation, and delays the onset of fatigue.
Vitamin B1, or thiamine, is an essential coenzyme that produces energy by metabolizing carbohydrates.
Vitamin B3, or niacin, is easily absorbed by the body to help produce energy from food as a cofactor in the mitochondrial respiratory chain of cells.
Vitamin B6, or pyridoxine, is essential for the metabolism of amino acids, carbohydrates, and fats. In adults, pyridoxine deficiency can affect peripheral nerves, skin, mucous membranes, and the hematopoietic system.
