Usage:

  • Caffeine is a methylxanthine that inhibits the enzyme phosphodiesterase and acts as an antagonist at central adenosine receptors. It is a central nervous system stimulant that can aid alertness and enhance mental activity. Additionally, caffeine improves exercise capacity during long-duration workouts (over 90 minutes).
  • Vitamin B12, or cyanocobalamin, affects myelin synthesis, nerve cell regeneration, normal body growth, and red blood cells. Vitamin B12 also plays a role in the synthesis of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins.
