Immune Zinc Royal BSK ®

Royal jelly is known for its nutrient-rich composition, including proteins, vitamins, minerals, and unique bioactive compounds. These components highlight its therapeutic potential, long recognized in traditional medicine as a powerful natural remedy with significant health benefits. Vitamin C, in addition to its antioxidant and protective effects against free radicals, plays a key role in the proper functioning of immune system cells. Adequate intake of this vitamin through diet or supplements is essential for an effective immune response and fighting infections. Zinc is involved in many biological processes in the body. Deficiency in zinc and vitamin C can weaken the immune system. These two micronutrients are interdependent in protecting the immune system and maintaining overall health, and when taken together, they complement each other’s effects.

Therapeutic effects and pharmacology:

Insufficient intake of vitamin C from food and inadequate body stores can lead to vitamin C deficiency. Additionally, factors such as air pollution, tobacco and cigarette use, fighting certain diseases and infections, and type 2 diabetes increase the body’s need for this vitamin.

Vitamin C is involved in numerous physiological and metabolic processes. Along with its antioxidant effects and protection against free radicals, it plays a key role in the proper functioning of cells involved in the immune system.

Zinc is an essential element involved in many biological processes in the body. Zinc deficiency often results from insufficient dietary intake or poor absorption of this mineral.

Beneficial effects of royal jelly

  • Immune System Support: By stimulating the production of immune cells such as lymphocytes and macrophages, it strengthens the immune system and enhances overall immune function and the body’s ability to respond to infections.
  • Chronic diarrhea: Due to the antimicrobial activity of royalisin and royalactin, it exhibits anti-diarrheal properties.
  • Chronic constipation: The acetylcholine present in royal jelly promotes smooth muscle contraction, possesses antimicrobial properties, and may potentially support regular bowel movements.
  • Antioxidant properties: The flavonoids, phenolic compounds, and vitamins in royal jelly neutralize free radicals and reduce oxidative stress.
  • Anti-inflammatory effects: Components such as 10-hydroxy-2-decenoic acid (10-HDA) have demonstrated anti-inflammatory properties and help reduce inflammation in conditions like arthritis and skin irritations.
  • Neuroprotective Effects: Compounds such as 10-HDA and royalisin have neuroprotective properties and may potentially enhance the survival of nerve cells under various conditions.
