The BSK L-Arginine vial is suitable for oral consumption and can be taken on its own or dissolved in a beverage or liquid food.

For improved muscle performance and enhanced exercise capability, it is recommended to take it 30 minutes before physical activity (preferably along with a carbohydrate meal).

Therapeutic and pharmacological effects:

L-Arginine is an essential amino acid that is beneficial and necessary for growth. This compound plays a role in the formation of important physiological factors such as nitric oxide (NO), a vasodilator, creatine, all proteins, and the release of growth hormone. It is also effective in boosting the immune system and wound healing. Typically, L-arginine is produced in the body, but supplementation is required for athletes, some patients, and during the growth phase in children.

Side effects:

The consumption of 20 grams of L-arginine per day is considered safe. However, there are insufficient and reliable studies available regarding the long-term safety of oral consumption. Oral intake of L-arginine can cause digestive side effects in some individuals, including abdominal pain, bloating, nausea, diarrhea, as well as headaches, insomnia, hot flashes, and hives.

Drug interactions:

Avoid simultaneous use of this product with thyroid hormone medications, warfarin, aspirin, heart and blood pressure medications, sildenafil, tadalafil, potassium-sparing diuretics, and antidiabetic drugs.

Warnings and precautions:

Do not exceed the recommended dosage or use this product outside of your doctor’s guidance.

Taking more than 3 vials per day should only be done under medical supervision, based on your specific clinical condition.

If you have liver or kidney disease, diabetes, hypothyroidism, a history of seizures, allergies, cardiovascular issues, low blood pressure, herpes, or limitations on protein intake, consult with your doctor before use.

Discontinue use of arginine at least two weeks before elective surgery, as it may interfere with blood pressure management during and after the procedure.

Contraindications:

If you have a history of sensitivity to any of the ingredients in this product or have had a heart attack, it is recommended to avoid using L-arginine.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding:

As there is insufficient high-quality research on its use during pregnancy and breastfeeding, L-arginine should only be used during this period under the guidance and supervision of a doctor.

Storage conditions:

Store at temperatures below 25°C, away from light, moisture, freezing, and out of reach of children. It is recommended that once the vial is opened, all contents be consumed and any remaining contents should not be stored.
